She prefers to be called that rather than a masseuse which sounds like she works in a house of ill repute. I also have an accupuncturist. I'm looking for anything that will get me to elderly that isn't addictive(ish).
2. I usually get a 6 inch turkey.
3. No but it was an empathetic response and I appreciate that! So, you have hand numbness in your feet? That must be painful, no wonder it messes with your head. :-)
4. Yep. Fuji Gran Fondo, about 3 weeks ago. It's a sweet ride. Next post I'll talk about the buying process.
5. I'm pretty proud of the time considering the course. I've ridden 'em faster but not with that much elevation.

Thanks for stopping by! I'm enjoying your series, so keep it up! After fifty miles my feet start messing with my head. At least your left shoulder didn't join in. Was that a question?
4. New Bike?
5. Sub 8? Hubba hubba! It had a double, double pay back as our company matches charitable donations so I scored twice!

I think the shoulder thing is less about the bars and more my position; I'm going to get a professional fitting on my new bike and see that clears it up.

Thanks for stopping by!Brian in VAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02923999291735012309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020795192961608117.post-23481004350922608312013-07-02T11:52:28.390-04:002013-07-02T11:52:28.390-04:00Thanks Dan! Afterwards, his chronic acid reflux disappeared and hasn't returned. Who knew those two things were connected?Brian in VAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02923999291735012309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020795192961608117.post-10095192611058951102013-07-01T18:34:35.196-04:002013-07-01T18:34:35.196-04:00Brian,

Happened to me on one of my tours. An accumulation thing after ten straight days of riding. I never did go to the doc to figure it out, just slowly got better over a two week time. It did motivate me to switch out the bars on my touring bike from drops to an Albatross bar. I think problem solved!
Good ride report!
JimJim Bangshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11618333090634257257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7020795192961608117.post-30536472448385179642013-07-01T15:04:17.508-04:002013-07-01T15:04:17.508-04:00Well done and a great write up of the Tour! Glad ...Well done and a great write up of the Tour! Glad your hand is mostly recovered and that you have been able to ride. Isn't it amazing how interconnected our bodies are that trouble in one part can so dramatically affect another.Daniel Weisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04637437742446611544noreply@blogger.com
